Clinic Management System
A digital front desk and records system for a multi-doctor clinic, replacing paper-based appointment books and patient files.
The Challenge
Appointment scheduling and patient history were tracked on paper and spreadsheets, leading to double-bookings, lost records, and slow check-ins.
Our Solution
We built an appointment scheduler with doctor availability, digital patient records, and a prescription/history log accessible to reception and clinical staff alike.
